Look the $40 million with no Pay-Per-View that May offered Pac years ago was a disgrace to his legacy period...BUT...

Stop with this winner gets the purse BS...no one should agree to allowing horrible judges deciding purse splits...

55-45 isn't even that great of a deal for Mayweather... it should be 60-40 Mayweather and that's it...

I heard Mayweather wants 80-20 and Pac wants 55-45... way too far apart..this fight is not happening... because May is asking for a ridiculous split... at least 55-45 is close a reasonable split..but 80-20 = May doesn't really to make the fight happen in good faith...

yeah that winner take all is ****** judges can get it wrong and give it to the wrong guy so the other guy is broke plus no way the state will allow such a fight, that goes agianst worker laws it would be unfair and unjust you can;t do such a fight unless they get a gurantee and the winner gets the rest that would be okay.

But still you cant trust judges.

The only way that would work to be fair is fight till someone gets KOd like they used to do in the 1800s they would fight until someone quits or gets knocked out for 30 or 40 rounds.

60 40 is the best split if Floyd goes further than that, he is a B1tch, this fight is big because both fighters are the key, Floyd needs Pac and Pac needs Floyd to make this a fight, its not one guy its both guys, their names are tied to each other.

Mayweather has healthy options if this fight doesn't happen; Cotto rematch and Khan.

Pacquiao does not; Jessie Vargas.

In fact, Mayweather's Plan X (Danny Garcia), Y (Keith Thurman), and Z (Shawn Porter) are better than Pacquiao's Plan B.

Better yet In addition to being stripped of your belt (which Floyd would gladly relinquish to avoid Pacquiao) make it a rule that you can't fight anyone unless it is your mandatory.

False. He's seeking 2/3 of the revenue which makes out to about 66%. I'm assuming Pac and his team are pushing for a 60/40 split and it's not that big of a difference. Pac already agreed to get the smaller share of PPV revenue.

Fighting back then was closer to greco-roman wrestling than what we know as boxing today. The same reason UFC has longer rounds.

I think some of the fans take this whole rivalry too seriously. It's like a gang or something. And the Pacquiao fans have based their entire existence on accusing Mayweather of ducking Pacquiao. So the fight actually happening goes against that notion there for it negates their existence. So they don't want the fight to happen because it will figuratively destroy them. Their egos will even be further destroyed when Mayweather destroys Pacquiao in the ring. Lol...
