Kudos to ramirez for matching himself up with someone with a pulse. Vlasov is no pushover, his only loss coming to Chilemba on a bs decision in which vlasov knocked chilemba down twice. I think this could be a sleeper of a fight, who ya got?

Vlasov will be weight-drained at the 171 catchweight, and so weaker.

Otherwise it would be an even matchup, but with the catchweight Ramirez wins.
