    Junior welterweight contender Lucas Matthysse (36-3, 34KOs) is not going to wait around for a rematch with WBC/WBA champion Danny Garcia. Matthysse wants to avenge the most disappointing defeat of his career. They fought in September 2013, with Garcia winning a twelve round unanimous decision.

    Matthysse has since returned and won two contests, including a two round knockout over Roberto Ortiz to capture the WBC silver title at 140-pounds.

          Postol was the mandatory, it didn't make much difference. Matthysse should target Broner, that's the ticket to the big time.

                  He is going to do whatever Haymon advises him to do. Funny how these belts can be manipulated that is why they don't hold as much weight as before.

                  If Lucas don't want eye problems he shouldn't get hit as cleanly as Garcia was landing on him

                              Good to see Matthysse being vocal again. He is quite a respectful and humble person when discussing other fighters, which boxing does not have enough of anymore.

                                      Lucas is right with his statement.

                                      He was doing quite well until this eye injury.
                                      For sur injury caused by a Garcia punch.

                                      I want to see a rematch too.
                                      I think they are the two best fighters at 140 right now.
