Like I've always said, if there was a fighter out there to test Mayweather it would be someone with speed, power in both hands, great stamina, great chin, and throws punches in bunches.

Only fighter that does that is Pacquiao.
Mayweaher must know this too, since he's been avoiding him all these years.

Exactly. Speed and stamina are key, as well as a good straight left hand.

Khan lacks the stamina aspect, and chin.

Well Marquez and Morales both beat Pac so thats not a good gage, but I think reach and jab will give Pac trouble also. Mayweathers counter punching will definitely be a problem for Pac.

That was more of a flash KD. He wasn't hurt from the check hook. The straight left that landed and had Floyd backing to the ropes definitely got his attention, but he wasn't hurt from that shot either.

It's a fair assessment from Tarver.

I like reading these comments where everyone is saying how Manny will trouble Floyd without giving a shred of thought as to how Floyd would trouble Manny. It's interesting, to say the least.

It's because Floyd is seen as the champion, Floyd is seen as the king. Manny is seen as the challenger, the would-be king. People like to speculate whether Manny has what it takes to overthrow the champ.

Yes by the letter of the law it was a kd but he clearly wasn't hurt. I thought Tarver was referring to the left he landed in round 4 but again he wasn't hurt.

I agree his speed is more of an issue than the power but whether he's faster i don't know, they have different types of speed.

The majority of the pros in boxing favor floyd to win but he doesn't seem confident enough to make this fight. All roads lead to mayweather. He's the A side and calls the shots. He picks his date to the dance nobody picks him. Sign the contract floyd.

floyds defense is meant for an orthodox fighter. That shoulder roll is meant for a righty. Pac will come in all sorts of angels.
