Wait till the promising prospect Hang Wei Tu Lung gets in the mix of action, it's game over at the weight division.

Can't believe Takayama regained his belt so quickly and rather easily at that lol.

Also, wtf is Japan doing over there...? Their prospects are ready to dive into the shark infested waters and seem to always come out on top. Hope Kosei can show and prove like his fellow countrymen have been doing lately.
Haha, only reason I want to see Bundler fight them because right now he's the self proclaimed king of 105... and now that he's getting the GGG platform in Monaco...people might believe that.

Man, these guys are usually in tough early.... but these super prospects are taking it to another level.

Nayou's pace is just ridiculous right now... if he fights Cuadras and Roman next year...i'm dead.

Doesn't even matter if he wins.... just taking on those challenges at his age and experience is ridiculous

I thoroughly enjoyed Salido KOing The Turd Sack, I didn't even watch it live so I heard of it, but that was a great KO for Salido. Beautiful shot too early in the round.

I think both of those fights are very likely and possible due to both Cuadras and Gonzalez being promoted out of Japan. You wouldn't be the only one dying here Brush would ****** to his death.

I honestly believe Cuadras would be his biggest challenge even if he faces Roman beforehand. Although Cuadras hasn't made much noise his fundamentals and abilities are all there. He has what it takes to reign supreme for some time and do it well. Anyway I'm much more interested in Inoue vs Cuadras than any other fight for the young Monster. However a Gonzalez fight at 115 would be a much bigger event that would shift the entire attention from the lower weights to one fighter... Awesome to say the least.

Fighter of the year: Herrera because won the title vs Garcia and defended it with a nice win over Benavidez and was robbed of both.

I agree, but this thread is about FIGHT of the year, homeboy.

                    ESPN already did.

My vote would go to Coyle vs. Brizuela. It had less skill than the straw weight fight, but more momentum shifts and dramatic moments. Takayama-Rodriguez wouldn't even be above Crawford-Gamboa or Koki Eto-Ardin Diale on my list simply because neither guy looked like he was in danger of getting stopped or seriously hurt at any point.
