This is complete BS.
He said he wouldn't be opposed to fight Rigo, but said it would be a difficult fight to negotiate because Showtime and HBO would have a difficult time approving Rigo as an opponent.

Rigo is not exactly a cash cow and no one is going to be going out of their way to challenge a guy no network wants to showcase.

Nothing to do with fighters being afraid of Rigo, just common sense. Walters would mean more money from HBO and easier to negotiate, while Rigo would mean less money hard to negotiate for and more likely a fight on Unimas. Which do you think he'd chose?
