Hell yeah. Too bad pac ended margarito's career. So many good matchups out there. It would have been explosive.

Margarito with or without loaded gloves ?? Because without loaded gloves he is 1-3 and got stopped two times. Without gloves Maidana would just dismantle him, Margarito is a D level fighter with no speed, no defense and no footwork and has never been that good.

Margarito with his padded gloves would be competitive against Maidana.

That is a very close and very good fight. I think Maidana is still more of a 140 pounder and looks soft and flabby at 147. With both men at their very best I'll pick Margarito and he might win by KO. He had an unmatched workrate and a great chin and like Maidana he never quit. Margarito had good power in both hands but Maidana hits even harder.

Margarito with or without plaster breaks Maidana down and likely stops him in the mid to late rounds. Karass' body shots was slowing Maidana down, Margarito is bigger, physically stronger, better puncher, better conditioning and more durable than Karass.
