There really isn't anything left for him at 154. I wonder if he can make 147. He's not that big. He'd dominate the division.

He's actually more of a MW, like many of the top guys at 154. He comes to the ring regularly in the region of 170, so I'd be very surprised to see a downwards move, but as you point out there ain't all that much left at 154 so IMO 160 would seem to make most sense.

Lara needs to consider moving up to Middleweight. If he makes some noise there maybe he'll get a rematch with Canelo. If not then he can face GGG.
