So you're saying that this judge who scored the first round incorrectly scored the remaining 11 rounds correctly? How do you figure? Maybe he scored some of the other rounds 'incorrectly' too and Marquez should have won the fight by MD.

Do you realize the reason he scored the first incorrectly had to do with not adding another point for 3 knockdowns... and it had nothing to do with the winner of the round? Two different things...

I actually think that if this fight took place in the 80s... Pacquiao would have won easily on the scorecards... but this new age of watered-down defensive scoring in boxing has led to fighters who just sit back and counter and land shots that look impressive but never do much damage to get too much credit... Pacquiao clearly won this fight easily..he landed more and was the aggressor... that enough should give anyone the win when they aren't knocked down and land 3 knockdowns in the fight...

there is absolutely no justification for a rematch when the latest fight showed in no doubt that the great juan manuel marquez was the winner.
