I think the circumstances will be different because of the magnitude of the fight and majority of the public's general dislike for Floyd, which will magnify Manny's chances of winning.

And about Pac being aggressive, when he is hit flush from right hands all night long, after about 1-2 rounds, that will slow down.

I disagree with Roach. Now, if he is saying this to have 100% focus from Manny, I understand. But all Manny has to do is be Manny Pacquiao. He's always 100% focused for BIG fights and this will be no exception. Floyd will be 38 by fight night and he is starting to look it. Manny, although he's had the much tougher fights over the years, appears to be fresher than Floyd. Manny is hungry and loves to challenge himself and his skills, hand speed, against his opponent's. Floyd on the other hand, is so rich and arrogant, he doesn't like to challenge himself against dangerous opponent's. He's a huge favorite already and he shouldn't be. Manny is and has been as good as Mayweather has been. It's a 50/50 fight with ex-factors involved. Manny wants to hurt Floyd. All of the years of accusing him of using roids. All of the racial slurs, etc. Manny will be READY!!! Floyd doesn't sound like he even wants to fight Manny. He wants the money, but he doesn't want to fight him to get it. Manny is a natural born fighter. Floyd is not. He's a "prize" fighter and when Manny defeats him, you'll all know why. Floyd is not going to be able to tee-off on Manny like he does most opponent's. Manny's defense is A Level as well. His feet are blazing fast and he is a very smart fighter. Floyd has to raise his level like he did against Cotto, OR ELSE. The problem with doing that is, he is 38 now. Smh.

Manny has never fought on the inside. WHY? Because he doesn't have to. He's so COLD at what he does, he doesn't have to fight Floyd or anyone else inside. He has the fastest feet and some of the fastest hands, in history. If Floyd tries to walk him down, he is going to get outpointed. PERIOD. Manny has special conditioning and doesn't get tired. Walking him down, is suicide. That's a BIG mistake larger opponent's make against him. Ask Cotto, Hoya, Cheeto, Rios, and Bradley. Also, ask Clottey whom Floyd wouldn't go near a ring against. Hahahaha.

You guys are failing to realize the magnitude of the fight. Don't compare Mayweather/Canelo to the biggest and most anticipated megafight since Tyson/Lewis.

I doubt ANYONE gets quiet during this fight.

Don't compare the highest grossing fight, and second most viewed to this fight? Its probably the 2nd best fight to compare it to besides Floyd Vs Oscar

I don't favor either fighter. Not a tard or a mo. I'm just addressing those who believe it's almost guaranteed that Floyd wins. Politics will play a more significant role in this fight than many people realize

That's a very 1 dimensional assessment. Stick with your day job, and don't try to be a boxing analyst.

Aggression won't win the fight, unless you are hoping to land that one big shot. As another astute poster above put it, we're back to 'the blueprint' with this approach.

It's workrate that's needed. Try to win rounds not the fight. Mayweather's style is tailor made for Pac if he can just keep throwing his usual combos but refrain from being overly aggressive and becoming reckless. Think Bradley 2, rather than Marquez 4.
