What's up with the russians and semirussians?

Wlad, Vitali, Golovkin, Kovalev, Lomachenko, Povetkin, etc. etc., are Russians just natural born killers? They are some damn fine warriors.

The Eastern European/central Asian countries are just havens of boxing talent. Besides the guys you mentioned, there are a crazy amount of prospects and world class amateurs in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other places over there. They seem like they will be taking over in the next couple of years.

First of all it's very ignorant to call all of them as Russian a better term would be Eastern European, yeah they are producing a lot of talent as they pretty much win the majority of amateur tournaments. Just recently a lot of them started turning pro so expect a lot of new Klits and GGGs
