Golvkins jab....

It might very well work in terms of offense, but it's a dangerous move imo.
GGG has a big hook himself, I think he'd eventually counter the left hook off the jab with his own left hook. And as they say, you don't want to hook with a hooker.
It could be effective for a guy with a big edge in foot and hand speed, along with a very good chin, just in case.
Though I see nobody like Manny Pacquiao fighting at MW.Comment

Yes, Cotto is an elite fighter and it would be great to see what would happen. And why always 160 and down talks? Lets talk 160 and up.Last edited by Lords; 12-31-2014, 07:06 PM.Comment

Cotto is one fight removed from a title win against the champ and everyone is quick to call him a duck or hit him up for not fighting GGG immediately after Sergio. But I, nor anyone else can't call him out?
Get over it, it was tongue 'n' cheek - if you nor anyone else can't see the sarcasm in the post, the learn to internet better
With that being said - tell GGG to stop ducking the LINEAL WORLD MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD - stop fighting fringe MW contenders and be prepared to get good boy'd by King Cotto. I hear Canelo is looking to take a scalp too, GGG can get that ass beat by the Ginger too.
To GGG, Cotto is the BabadookComment

Golovkin would adjust instantly once he knows his opponent is looking to land the left hook, and for the rest of the fight your sneaky little strategy won't work.

He also uses a mechanical looking jab where his arm is high. But it basically allows him to tuck his chin while he's jabbing, and the shoulder is also there for protection.
Golovkin is a very smart fighter. If you're gonna try that you better get it right. He's not going to make the same mistake again the moment he caught you trying to hook off the jab.Comment
