What style of boxing do you prefer and why?

I love the sport and what each fighter stands for. Their styles, their pride, courage and guts. Scientific technique blended with vicious and violent aggression makes for a very intense and exciting sport to follow. Through my love of the sport I have learned to appreciate every style of fighting, although I am a fan of certain styles more than others.

My preferred style of fighting is the counterpunching combination style that JMM and currently Juan Francisco Estrada use incredibly well. The patience of a counterpuncher reminds me of a sniper.. Waiting for the opportunity to arise and once opportunity shows it's glorious mug, the sniper morphs into a machine gun that fires a mind numbing symphony of violence.

I gotta admit, all that hugging and rolling on the ground makes it difficult to keep my head on straight

... Any style -- provided it's well performed and efficient...

(I prefer those styles which closely follow the rules of boxing; that is why I don't like Andre Ward's style.)

No certain style. I like skilled fighters who feel each other out and then go to war, you try and figure out their style and rhythm then capitalise in the best way possible. That's when the spark starts the fire.

                I can appreciate all styles!!
But some fighters utilise that style to make it flow more!
But as ts said the counter punching style is great, if it's unleashed in brutal combos!

I love Richar Abril. His exquisite movements and subtle footwork will have you in a state of trance that would feel as if you had the best sleep of your life. The only downside is you won't recall a thing that happened during the actual "fight"
