Oscar, Chaves, Pernell shouldn't be consider WW's because they didn't start there right?

Whatever, I think that it's pretty good at the moment. Much better than 2011 when Reed, Bailey, & Berto were Top Ten.

It's tough to consider who a true weltwr is. A lot of boxers fill out in their mid 20s so those who are welter's at 25 are usually natural welters. Guys like leonard were considered natural welters. It seems that a lot of the people in the welterweight division have moved up due to being unable to make the weight and those who start around welter end up moving to light Middle or middleweight. For example floyd only moved up late in his career as did pac. bradley and Alexander is a natural welter but not that good. Bradley weighs like 160 on fight night. Porter just manages to squeeze into the limit and will soon be a light middle. Even brook looks pretty big. Khan will end up being light middle at this rate. The only natural welter I can think of is thurman. A natural welter is someone who tends to stay there for most of their career
