Why does the fight have to be in May? If Canelo is facing Cotto in May doesn't common sense dictate that fighting in May isn't the smartest idea due to financial reasons?

Canelo/Cotto ain't making the money Pacquiao/Mayweather would and that's why Oscar said he would take Canelo off May 2nd for Mayweather/Pacquiao. Next excuse. Floyd said May 2nd so why would Arum want to move the date if they continue to say Floyd is afraid to fight them? You jerk offs stay with egg on your faces.

if arum is all about making money then why would he stop floyd vs pac from happening and make canelo vs cotto? cotto aint even being promoted by arum so how much profit could arum make off of that compare to a floyd vs pac fight? LOL!

Both floyd and manny is not his own boss. The only difference is manny is being vocal about it and floyd isn't. Both of these fools has their own boss there can be no doubt about it.

The only true bosses here are de la hoya, arum, haymon and the likes; --they write their own frucking checks to pay their own fighters. That's what being a real boss is like.

Do not be fooled by floyd saying he is his own boss. floyd is just being floyd, blabbering anything that comes off his mind without thinking if it's nonsensical or not. How can you be a boss if you are being paid by somebody--when you are being promoted by somebody.. Haymon may have fooled floyd that he is his own boss, when really his influence is what is running floyd's brain all along.

Cotto is actually the deciding factor on if this fight happens or not. Floyd is obviously trying to secure the date by luring Cotto into a rematch for a lot of money, however if Cotto fights Canelo instead then Floyd will have no other choice than to fight Manny as there are no other potential opponents that could upseat Canelo/Cotto.

Pacquiao fans are content with hearing others say or thinking Mayweather is scared of Pacquiao because when Floyd said lets do it Pacquiao May 2nd and Arum had complaints about the date Pacquiao fans immediately said "Why can't Mayweather change the date" instead of "Hell yeah!
