Do you consider Marquez's KO Victory over Pacquiao...

A legitimate win for Marquez due to technique and incredible timing… or a chemically engineered, lucky right hand by a juiced up piss drinker?

I see it as an incredible KO victory to finally close the books on one of the sport's greatest rivalries between 2 legendary fighters.

The blatant disrespect towards Marquez seems to stem from this lone victory, so what is it? Is his win tainted and therefore a disgusting display of the dark side of boxing or is it a clear, clean cut and savage victory that served as a cold dish of Karma to seal off one of the most memorable series of the sport?

In my opinion, Marquez has beaten Pacquiao by KO and by proving his technically better than him. I didn't score the first fight but I had him winning the second fight 114-113, 7 rounds to 5 minus the 1 point for the KD.

Third fight I scored it in Marquez' favor too.

He didn't get the decisions, that doesn't change the fact that Marquez deserved those decisions.

So I think Marquez is better at fighting Pacquiao than Pacquiao is at fighting Marquez. I still don't think Marquez would have beaten the fighters Pacquiao beat, like Cotto, Margarito or Clottey, I'm on the fence with Hatton.

I think it might be a little of both. It was a perfectly timed punch, landed at exactly the right moment. It wasn't the power of the punch that hurt Manny necessarily, it was the fact that he didn't see the punch coming that hurt him.

At the same time, Marquez did look a little bigger and stronger than he normally does, which is odd for a man his age. All in all, critics can't say anything about Marquez being juiced up since he passed the same test that the supposedly "clean" Manny Pacquiao had to pass. It was a legitimate KO by the rules and regulations of boxing at the end of the day.

It was perfect timing, he knew he was coming in and placed a short straight right on the button. Now the first KD, that was suspect...lol Marquez was most likely on PEDs that night, he was definitely hitting harder starting from the third fight,but is what is, he passed the drug test.

Listen, I hate seeing my favourite boxer lose too... but until proven to be a cheat, I will always give a fighter his respect. After all, I am a fan of the sport.. not just a fighter

It's most definitely a valid k.o perfectly timed. Watching the 24/7 marquez worked his ass of for months to get into that shape as apposed to an 8 week camp for others. He also bulked up more as he said that it would either be him or pac layed out in order to truly end the who is better question. In his other 3 fights vs pac he was a tactical boxer in the last he was more of a set traps and bombs away type fighter.

Ohh no doubt, marquez is a great fighter and one I enjoy watching. He's practically unknockoutable with his guile and atg toughness. I love how he just starts letting his hands go when he's hurt and up against the ropes, pure badazz.

Full credit to JMM. He was working on landing that punch and timed it perfectly.
Feel it was great end to their rivalry. First fight was a draw. Pac won next two fights on close(please no whiny cries of robbery)decisions then JMM laid Pac out.
Pac's aggression and speed can over come JMM's technically better boxing, but timing trumps all.
