Don't remember that about Peterson. Im guessing that's when Peterson got nabbed for drugs idk. But with Garcia, he said no a fight or two ago am I right? Why is he not seeking that fight right now instead of sucking Mayweather's nuts for a fight?

Danny Garcia, even though he got his ass handed too him by Herrera, has worked up a reputation now. Why not show the world that you're the better fighter and just got caught with a lucky punch?

Fight someone with some risk for Christ sakes. Stop sucking Mayweather's balls for a payday.

Having seen it, I know; Khan held and the referee intervened every time Maiden had Khan in a bad way.

Are you actually asking me why a prizefighter is seeking a fight with Floyd Mayweather over Danny Garcia?

This deadline talk Is complete nonsense. Khan will accept a fight with Mayweather regardless of If and when the decision Is made to give him the opportunity. On the flip side Mayweather has three logical choices

Manny Pacquiao- Probability- Highly unlikely- Mayweather admitted to being scared of Pacquiao and Pacquiao Is still promoted by Bob Arum.

Miguel Cotto- Probability-50/50- If presented with the opportunity Cotto will most likely pass on Canelo and rematch Mayweather.

Amir Khan- Probability- Likely- Mayweather most likely sees this fight as the path of least resistance.

Look for Mayweather vs Khan next.

Maybe Khan Should Fight Shawn Porter???

Shawn Porter should be about ready to tangle. Khan wouldn't fight Thurman. He wouldn't fight Guerrero. He won't fight Maidana again. Khan has STILL not beaten a top welterweight, and Devon Alexander is no top welterweight, I don't care what belt he had.

I will say this about Khan, neither he or Pacquiao get Floyd EVER for the same reason. They both have fast hands, throw a lot of combinations, have fast footwork, of which makes Floyd work too hard, and Floyd will never sign up for that. Floyd likes one dimensional, straight in-straight out, lead with your chin, slow plodding Latino fighters, which makes it easier for Floyd to escape, stay away and call it "great defense". Khan needs to move on to a real top welterweight who will stand and fight.

Seriously. He thought he could just sit on his ass and talk his way into a Mayweather fight when beating Alexander at that point would have undeniably punched his ticket.

LOL!!! You talk like you have this all thought out; like you've promoted many high level fights not to mention even at the County Fairgrounds level. Lol.

Who did you check with to inform us to look for Mayweather - Khan next???? Floyd isn't fighting Khan, isn't fighting Manny. He'd be more likely to fight Thurman who looked horrible in his last fight, and he's not fighting Thurman for fear of getting caught with one bomb. Floyd is stuck. He's not fighting Cotto; Cotto is on the verge of terms with Canelo and Canelo will beat Cotto. Canelo and GGG have said they'd love to fight each other next. Floyd would never fight Gennady. Cotto is of no interest once beaten down by Canelo. Floyd isn't going to fight Manny or Khan (and Khan isn't deserving). Watch Floyd consider Tim Bradley, consider Kell Brook. Bradley can't hurt Floyd, and Floyd thinks "the event" will freeze Brook and he can stay away from him all night. Then Floyd can safely retire undefeated, with his $200M safe money in the bank SHO got crushed on, and Floyd doesn't care how bad SHO took it in the shorts signing with Floyd. Then retire.
