Arum refuses to make Pacquiao available for Mayweather, so Pacquiao v. Vargas on REGULAR HBO championship boxing would be OK... but if I here this fight and PPV in the same sentence..I'll laugh...

I'm assuming Pacquiao v. Ruslan in June and then Pacquiao v. Vargas in November in Macau

Jessie Vargas has what it takes to be a Manny Pacquiao opponent. He brings it all, no power, no defense, no name, come forward style, no PPV history, 140 fighter. He pretty much brings the whole Cherrypicker's Package.
