I think Garcia beats any of those guys, I think Matthysse is the cream of that competition because none are really good boxers and Matthysse can still hurt people but I don't think he would beat Garcia.

Harrera is not doing any better against Danny Garcia that the first fight. That leads me to believe his chances of actually defeating Garcia are slim.

He would probably end up in the finals against Matthysse and he would make Matthysse look iffy but Matthysse getting the nod based on hard punching even if not totally clean and taking back a lot of jabs.
