Look it up. Pacquiao declared he would never move up to 154 lbs or even fight any of those big guys at a catchweight anymore. When you're off the roids that's too big a threat.

Pacquiao has always been bigger than Marquez to me. Just because Marquez focused more on weight training because he realized he didn't have the power to stop Pacquiao in the earlier fights doesn't mean he's bigger than Pacquiao. Def a bit of a stretch that a guy who moved up two weight classes in the latter part of his career can be declared a power puncher.

As far as Mayweather being scared, seems to me Pacquiao was a bit more scared of the fight than Mayweather. He wanted a longer cutoff date for testing. No, I dont think Pac would KO them, especially since he hasn't had a KO in 5 years. Most of his KOs occurred at super featherweight and under. He would beat them but probably wouldn't KO them. He cant KO a kick boxer with only 20 pro fights who's easy to hit for god sakes. Sure he knocked him down but couldn't keep him down. Maidana would brutalize Algieri, he hits hard and is very dirty.
