Rising Sun Promotions (although I'm planning on getting out of Japan over the next 2 years ). I've found the Japanese market rather saturated when it comes to signing prospects. I've found a few relatively unsaturated markets that I managed to procure some beasts from.

Yeah, 60% of my stable is jap heritage. I naturally love the culture and people. The rest are PRs cause in trying to give my people the next Trinidad and Cotto. I'm in the South Africa market.

I didn't get in the CHB tournament... Id like to set up the next tournament, maybe a NSB tourney. But CHB has been kind to me

i'm sure there are lots of variations, but i personally would look for:

All: chin / body toughness / skin toughness of at least 600 if really good defence or 700 otherwise

boxer:
High Stats - jab, accuracy, ring iq composure
Medium to high - timing, footwork, defence, handspeed, at least one of workrate or aggression

boxer puncher:
High Stats - jab, power, finishing, timing
Medium to high - accuracy, footwork, defence at least one of workrate or aggression

swarmer:
High stats - footwork, headmovement, clinch, workrate, aggression
Medium to high - handspeed, power, finishing, ringiq, heart

counter-puncher
high stats - accuracy, timing, footwork, headmovement, defence, handspeed, ringiq
medium to high - jab, composure


in the game, if you want a brawler you need high aggression, high workrate, high stamina, high power,
exceptional chin/body toughness/skin toughness.
any other good attribute is just a bonus.
if your brawler has high fouling you would also probably need high composure and ring iq
