Comments Thread For: Manuel Charr Begins Training Camp With Freddie Roach

Heavyweight contender Manuel Charr has fallen short in his lone bid at heavyweight title glory. Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach has never successfully guided a heavyweight to a world title.

Perhaps all the two are missing are each other - or so they hope, as the 30-year old heavyweight announced his intention to work with the renowned trainer for the foreseeable future. [Click Here To Read More]

Yup, and if you go all the way to the end of the video, it reveals his intentions to travel "tomorrow (Friday) to Wild Card Gym."

The WC gym visit was the only one among Charr's press tour to prompt his handlers to insist he's found a home.

Why is Roach waisting time with such a guy? Charr has no potential to get much better.

I dont think so. He has no skill, no power and no speed. To me he is a B-Level Version of Dereck Chisora whos a B-Level himself. that makes Charr a C-Level fighter.
