I would rather see Porter vs thurman

I don't think that's likely because at times Devon looked just as strong as Porter, and likewise Khan looked just as strong as Devon.
Brook had a fairly simple but effective game plan against Porter, Khan will be able to implement something similar, probably with less clinching and more movement.
Now if Porter is able to land a few of those leaping left hooks clean he would be in with a shot to win because not many could take that shot clean - if Paulie couldn't then very few can although Paulie isn't really a 147 lber , he should stay at 140, so there is that to consider too.
Anyway I'd like to see that fight happen, and of course Khan vs Brook. There's a hell of a lot of good fights that can be made at 147 again, the division is definitely on fire at the moment.Comment

Porter would bull right through Khan.
He's not very skilled, but he is extremely strong and he can hit...decent speed too. He would bullrush Khan and do damage on the inside.
Can't see that lasting more than 6 rounds.Comment

We have seen Khan in with brawlers in the past and he wasnt steamrolled. Yes they were difficult fights but he got the win. I dont count the Petterson loss, Khan won that fight we all know it deep down inside and he was up against a guy drugged out of his mind..
Danny Garcia is not a brawler, he's a boxer, and he didnt steam roll Khan, he timed him, and Khan got up and then tried to **** which to me cost him the fight. Had Khan composed himself and regained his senses he could have gone on to win that fight. Under Hunter Khan wud not make that same mistake and he damn sure wudnt throw a uppercut from 3ft away.
Khan is a stylistic nightmare for ANYONE. With Hunter in his corner i believe Khan will be very very hard to beat. I also believe Khan will get better and better, he's not even at 50% of his best, work in progress, slowly maturing as a fighter.Comment
