Promoter Kathy Duva of Main Events has launched an invitation to slugger Artur Beterbiev (7-0, 7 KOs), to face one of the veterans of her stable, Isaac Chilemba (23-2, 10 KOs) - on the Sergey-Kovalev-Jean Pascal undercard from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada.

"There is a chance that it could happen and it would be a good fight," Duva told The Montreal Journal." I am also convinced that HBO would be happy to present this fight. Chilemba wanted this fight even before watching Beterbiev win against Jeff Page last Friday. He would like to have this opportunity."

Beterbiev is a great prospect, but might want a bit more seasoning before facing a slick and crafty guy like Chilemba. Tavoris Cloud was a veteran, but right in front of Beterbiev to be hit.

Which is why they will pass on this opportunity who else can they get that's a good as Chilemba in a fight that would be on HBO gain the exposure and get the talk going to fight the big boys.

It's likely a better idea to build him up in Canada first get him some rounds/experience.
