    Class Act!

Fritz Sdunek was a class act with a good sense of humor. He really helped Vitali Klitschko and enabled him to advance to a HW title, despite his limited skill set. He is a legend here in Germany, along with his former East German colleague Uli Wegner. Wir werden dich vermissen Fritz!

Truly made the Klitschko brothers into world champions...he built the foundations even for Wlad, and had that great relationship with Vitali which made him a world champ and was always loyally in his corner - they were more like friends than trainer and fighter. Seemed to be a knowledgeable guy and a great trainer.

Very sad to see such legends as Manny Steward and now Fritz leaving the world over this recent period...truly a waste of talent.

      RIP.

Wlad used to be entertaining when Fritz had him. Nobody can even fathom the idea of an entertaining wlad anymore.

I wish Wegner a long life but he's useless.

I always wondered why Wladimir cut off his working relationship with Fritz. Even after Steward passed, he was unwilling to give him another chance (and instead chose an active fighter as his trainer). I guess he just wasn't a good match for Wlad, but I agree with you that they seemed to work well together.

Sad news. He was still training fighters this year and I just thought he'd be around for years to come. R.I.P. Fritz
