If Cotto vs Canelo gets made on May 2nd, Will Floyd cancel future fight w/ PAC?

    If Cotto vs Canelo gets made on May 2nd, Will Floyd cancel future fight w/ PAC?

    If Cotto vs Canelo gets made on May 2nd, Will Floyd cancel out future fight with PAC?

    I'm sure boxing fans would have no problem getting the fight made on September but just a serious question, If May 2nd doesn't get made, will Floyd just say, that's it, I am not fighting Pacquiao because he didn't want to fight on May 2nd.

    For me, as long as the both win their next fight, there should be no problem making it and plus, a lot of us will be able to save up to buy them seats.

          thats what arum wants. mayweather fights on certain dates. so sinse arum thinks that its disrespectful to the mexican people. then neither can pacquiao fight on those weekends. so there you have it. arum has opened up another can of worms

                                  If there wasn't a problem making this fight it would have been made years ago. If Mayweather decides to fight Pacquiao he will do it on whatever date he wants. It is a much bigger fight than Canelo-Cotto fight and if they set it up for May then the Canelo-Cotto fight might move to a different date or both fights might happen in May on the same day.

                                      Really isn't. In a perfect world we would get

                                      Cotto vs. Canelo - May 2nd.
                                      Floyd vs. Khan - July 4th weekend (USA vs. UK independence)
                                      Floyd vs. Pacquiao - September


                                      The boxing gods will not grant us this though
