I'm not pro or anti manny,,, but watching his brian kelly interview, it's clear that manny is full of *****..

He was either ducking floyd or he was juicing... No other explanations are feasible..

idk if manny was or wasn't doing something but we know pacquiao's english is not the best. a lot of stuff he saids in interviews don't come out great. we also know manny is not the smartest man in the world. he gets taken advantage of by a lot of people. i think arum and koncz fill his head with stuff and he believes it. if they tell him something is unfair, he will just go with it.

What you say is true but looking at it from a stand point of Floyd accusing someone of this and saying without any proof what so ever that he was using ped's and then Floyd gets to pick the organization to do the testing and this being something that was never done before made it look like Floyd was just doing this to slander manny. If the Nevada state athletic commission said ok we will use wada style testing for this fight and it will be done through them the fight would have happened but Floyd asking for it after Floyd sr began running his mouth after hatton got knocked out made things look really bad.

At the time for the first negotiation, USADA was the one and only choice for random drug testing. VADA did not exist, nor did NSAC's new advanced random drug testing program. So it literally HAD to be USADA. It wasn't some conspiracy.

Interesting that in all history of sports and competition. Packlas are the only fan base that has ever stood behind a contestant who refused to be tested. I mean can anyone think of any other fan base that would be against advance testing for PEDS just because of one person! Packlas taking fanboyism to the next level

They've all backtracked on that stance since the Marquez KO. Now Pacquaio won't even think about entering the ring with anyone without random drug testing, just like Mayweather. It's funny man, let the commission do their job days are over.
