Paquiao started at flyweight in his teens, as one matures naturally your body matures as well.. Even if you decide to stay at a certain weight, chances are you have to drain urself to make weight. I do believe maybe something was tampered with as far as ariza goes, but pac came up weight classes before Ariza was in the picture. If that's the case why not question Roy for coming up from junior middle to become the heavyweight champ, or Floyd for coming from super feather weight and becoming champ at super welter... What you and Paulie need to understand is that Manny and Floyd was in a negotiation. It started with Floyd and company ACCUSING Manny of taking PEDs by from Day 1. That can derail a fight and Floyd and company knew that. Also, Manny didn't say no to taking extra testing. He just didn't accept Floyd's cutoff date. They were off by 10 days.
