I don't agree with this at all. And I can't understand why u aren't interested in the Rahman-Toney fight. I mean, u are a boxing fan, right?

Anyway, lets analyze the potential matchups.

Wlad-Toney-Very interesting matchup, Wlad is a good big man, Toney is a better little man. I would give Wlad the edge becasue he is so much bigger, but like Wlad's trainer said, "I never bet against JT." This fight is a tossup in my opinion.

Wlad-Rahman- Wlad wins this by KO, unless of course Rock lands his Lewis right hand.

Byrd-Toney- I would favor JT because Byrd has slipped badly, but if he can beat Wlad, than I can believe anything.

Byrd-Rahman- Byrd wins by UD, unless, Rocks Sunday punch.

Byrd can beat Toney. He can't beat Wlad but he would beat Toney. Toney is my favorite fighter but he makes his name off of "out-thinking" dumb fighters. Byrd is not a dumb fighter.

Bryd is the only fighter Toney needs to avoid. Also Lewis was a thinker. So calling him out was dumb.

Toney should hope he faces Byrd as opposed to Wlad. He's closer to his size and does not hit nearly as hard. I do think Toney would be in serious jeapordy of recieving his first loss by knockout. Barrett, Mercer, Shufford, and Schulz all had never been stopped or no where near it...and Wlad stopped them.

Byrd is the more experienced heavyweight having fought at that weight for the longest time, and is a southpaw. His trickyness would give Toney more problems that he could ask for...but Toney would not be in jeopardy of being knocked out to my best estimation.

Rahman exactly as you said, would need to land a right hand like he did against Lewis early in the fight, or else you could time your stopwatch to Wlad catching him with clean shots and knocking him out.

Byrd would take Rahman to school in a boring, one sided affair. Rahman would get frustrated at his angles, and his handspeed would simply overwhelm him en route to a win on points.
