Team Khan showing what classy kind of people they are behind the scenes in this video. Amir's father, Shah Khan, says that Mayweather vs Pacquiao comes first, Manny deserves that fight more than anyone but if that fight doesn't happen then Khan should be the second choice on the Mayweather list.

His dad said "Who is Kell Brook? He's domestic" - Well as it stands he's a World Champion in your sons division. He's the biggest fight for your son financially, probably earn more than the Mayweather fight judging by the purses Guerrero and Maidana got, and probably the only guy you could sell a stadium fight with in the UK outside of Mayweather and Pacquiao, who most likely wont fight there anyway.

I know they are desperate for the Floyd fight but if it doesn't happen, why not fight Brook? If he's domestic level like you think then its an easy huge fight, big payday and you will be a welterweight world champ. Makes sense surely?

The truth is, Brook is a big risk. Should Brook win that fight in front of a big stadium and many viewers then Khan is done and can wave goodbye to any potential huge fights. Lose to Floyd and he still has some stock for future fights, a Brook fight can still happen, not much harm done as everyone else has lost to Floyd.

I'm not saying Khan is scared to fight him, i don't think Khan would dodge anybody from a boxing perspective. It's just business. Mayweather is good business, Brook is good but risky business.

Exactly. Brook won the belt from Porter, who took the belt from Alexander. Alexander is a man Khan thinks was his meal ticket to a fight with Mayweather.

I'd also bet that before the Brook fight, after Porter beaten Alexander and KO'd Paulie, Khan's team wouldn't have fancied putting Khan in the ring with Porter.

he did do that , on more than one occasion after the devon fight.

kell was lucky to get the decision as none of the British commentators said kell won, after the 12th round all 3 gave the fight to porter..

kell is just a european fighter at best, and has done nowt in the last 32 fights.

you know that old saying " even the sun shines on a dogs arse one or twice in its lifetime" well thats kell brook for ya !!
