Ricky called Floyd out. When you call a guy out you fight him at HIS division. Besides, both guys had attained belts at 147 and Floyd had just fought at 154. So it's fair for both guys to meet up at welterweight. Ricky moves up and Floyd moves down.

No they do not have he same amount of power. Floyd has more knockouts and a higher knockout percentage. How does that equal the same power? Floyd is also far more accurate with his punches than Devon. He also possesses a very sneaky left hook which Amir has shown over and over again that he is very susceptible to.
