I'm not accusing anyone of PEDs here but there is so much more to the body than illegal substances can hope to make up for currently when it comes to power. Comparing two fighters this way just doesn't make an argument.
Paulie is known for brittle hands and doesn't commit to his punches whatsoever. Watch his old heavy bag videos and you will be surprised by the amount of pop he has. PEDs or not he won't be hitting hard, ever.
Manny has a particularly large skeleton and enormous wrists for a man his size. He throws with bad intentions with no repercussion or injury. Add PEDs to the package and you can see how his body is tailor made for them.Comment

this is why manny makes so much money. He is popular even with the haters. He wasn't even quoted in the article but his popularity is obvious. I wonder how many boxers can climb up that many divisions and still keep knocking out people.

Tommy Hearns One Of The Most Dangerous, Most Intimidating Ever
His knockout of Pipino Cuevas was one of the most devastating KO's you'll ever see; nearly cork screwed Cuevas's head off his shoulders.
Marvin Hagler stopping John "The Beast" Mugabi was one of Hagler's most impressive stoppages, second only to the greatest three rounds in Boxing history with Tommy Hearns.
Ray Leonard's knockout of Donnie LaLonde nearly killed LaLonde. They could have stopped that fight a half dozen punches sooner. Leonard when he hurt you, was one of the greatest closers ever.
Oscar Dela Hoya knocking out Juan Vargas was a righteous knockout of a loud mouth, steroid-using fool, that deserved to go unconscience.Comment
