That's Boxrec's list, except you replaced Stevenson with Kovalev and Gonzalez with Loma.Wladimir Klitschko heavyweight
Grigory Drozd cruiserweight
Sergey Kovalev light heavyweight
Carl Froch super middleweight
Gennady Golovkin middleweight
Saul Alvarez light middleweight
Floyd Mayweather Jr welterweight
Danny Garcia light welterweight
Terence Crawford lightweight
Mikey Garcia super featherweight
Vasyl Lomachenko featherweight
Guillermo Rigondeaux super bantamweight
Shinsuke Yamanaka bantamweight
Omar Andres Narvaez super flyweight
Roman Gonzalez flyweight
Akira Yaegashi light flyweight
Wanheng Menayothin minimumweight
Loma may be the de facto best FW but Walters has to be ranked #1 for the Donaire win.
Drozd may or may not be the best CW but Huck and Hernandez has much more of a track record and a win over Wlodarczyk doesn't trump their body of work. Drozd is #3.
Yaegashi has just lost his flyweight title. How can he be the #1 jr. flyweight?
Agree with the rest.Comment

Okay, I've changed two but I'm sticking with Drozd because Huck and Hernandez have been holding their belts hostage and these days are avoiding other good CWs and fighting opponents like old faded Firat Arslan. Huck only fights with home country advantage. That's Boxrec's list, except you replaced Stevenson with Kovalev and Gonzalez with Loma.

I excluded people who haven't fought in over a year (Ward) or haven't fought in the division for over a year.
Floyd should even have the 154 belt, since he demanded that catch weight to weight-drain Canelo when they fought.
Walters and Lomachenko both rate highly at featherweight. I'm looking forward to seeing them fight someday.
technically mayweather was a 154 pound champ before the canelo fight. he had beat cotto for the wba the year before.
pretty good list though.Comment
