            That's Boxrec's list, except you replaced Stevenson with Kovalev and Gonzalez with Loma.

            Loma may be the de facto best FW but Walters has to be ranked #1 for the Donaire win.

            Drozd may or may not be the best CW but Huck and Hernandez has much more of a track record and a win over Wlodarczyk doesn't trump their body of work. Drozd is #3.

            Yaegashi has just lost his flyweight title. How can he be the #1 jr. flyweight?

              Okay, I've changed two but I'm sticking with Drozd because Huck and Hernandez have been holding their belts hostage and these days are avoiding other good CWs and fighting opponents like old faded Firat Arslan. Huck only fights with home country advantage.

                technically mayweather was a 154 pound champ before the canelo fight. he had beat cotto for the wba the year before.

                pretty good list though.
