Comments Thread For: Khan Confident of Beating Pacquiao, After Mayweather

Top welterweight contender Amir Khan (30-3, 19KOs) hopes to land big opportunities in 2015, first with WBC/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. in May and then with WBO champion Manny Pacquiao in the fall. Khan returned last Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and dominated former two division champion Devon Alexander over twelve rounds of action.

I can't see PAC not landing when khan throws a flurry ...

I think khan causes problems though because roach is trying to downplay this fight

You dont get it , Vargas is next for Manny , he wont fight top proven WWS , only Floyd because of the money involved , the top WWs kick his ass that is why he avoids them , Rios Algieri Vargas , and Bradley who is another blown up JW are all JWWs .

How many WWs are calling Manny out ,, all of them .

I think its a case of Khan thinking his style has a chance with Mayweather, and avoiding any risky fights that could derail it.

I don't agree and think Mayweather schools him, but I think Pacquiao and Brook stop him, hence his reluctance to fight them now.

Ok only in fl0mo land will fighting a welterweight champion who was ranked number 3 p4p at the time of the rematch , would be considered a cherrypick

If Bradley is a cherrypick , name a win at welterweight that mayweather has better than that win

Pacquiao would wreck Khan. You don't bring some Manny Pacquiao-lite bullcrap in the ring with the original and get away with it.

What he says is true, Bradley only fought Pacquiao and JMM who aren't real WW's.
