    Thurman's next opponent...

Who do you think will be next for Thurman? With seemingly no top name on the horizon for him, it's hard to predict who the hell it'll be. I'm just hoping someone will step up so we can finally find out how good Thurman is.

I would prefer Maidana, but I predict Porter.

Prob someone like josesito. Hell man up and fight him. He knows his role. Not like maidana who thinks he's too good and ony deserves the biggest fights now after buying some designer glasses

I don't think he deserves a top name like floyd, manny, etc...

I think the most logical fights for him next are vs

      Porter
      Bradley
      Ghost
      Maidana

Any of those would be a legit test and would be a great undercard fight for May 2nd, if victorious, puts Keith on a clear path to bigger fights

Alexander is the only realistic option for him in terms of having almost zero issues in the negotiating table. So expect it to be made next year. The rest considers Thurman as a high risk, low reward fight.

It's gonna be Alexander. He has too many loses to be picky. If he wants to get back on TV, he has to fight someone risky like Thurman.

Guerrero and Maidana think they're too good for Thurman after facing Mayweather.

              It depends

It will be someone like Luis collazo unless he lands on Floyd PAC undercard in which case it will be someone like Garcia

From those, I think only Porter, Maidana, Alexander, Malignaggi, & Guerrero are possible. If I had to pick I'd say Alexander or Guererro is next. Don't think Malignaggi would take the fight, since he thinks Thurman even beats Mayweather & Pacquiao. Maidana said he wants Khan, not Thurman. And don't see him fighting Porter just yet.

                  Victor Oritz?

I don't know, he called out Maidana to his face but Marcos stay ducking. I think Keith "12 Rounds" Thurman should just target Porter, that's still an interesting fight. Guerrero would be a solid choice, but he doesn't want none either.

I really don't like a Lopez match-up because it doesn't move him forward, but at least it will lead to comparisons to Josesito's other notable opponents. Alexander would serve the same purpose, but he's lost bad in two fights. Devon hasn't been stopped yet, maybe Thurman could be the first.

I think Thurman's bouts next year will be Alexander/Porter/Brook.
