Toney gets tagged a few times but survives, TKOs Rahman in Round 9 or 10.

Toney will eat some leather and not like it.He can not stand there and trade with a puncher witch will see him start off fast.Get hit to the body not like it and run for the rest of the fight.This will make a very boring fight but Toney will claimed he out boxed him or say he was robbed and demand a rematch.This fight will be close but Rahman will start catching him once he slows down.Rahman by SD.

I think this bout will be Toney giving Rahman a boxing lesson and taking a UD. Rahman will more than likely come out trying to assert his superior strength only to find James' defense too good to consistantly penetrate. Skill will be the difference, IMO.
