My take on this is Trinidad has been dropped in a lot of fights, used to get up but it took a coupl rounds for him to get his legs back. Well, if and a matter of when, Chavez put Trinidad down..Chavez will make sure as hell to put him down for the count. Chavez was regareded as one of the best if not the best finishers in boxing. So Trinidad would have to have a very tight defence against Chavez.

Lets say they fight inside, Chavez had a better chin then any of the fighters Trinidad ever fought and Chavez defence is underrated. So in an inside came Trinidad would get eaten alive or he be able to handle his own but Chave would get the best of him. Trinidad never fought a fighter like Chavez and lets not compare Campas to Chavez, not in the same league.

Trinidads chance would be to fight very little in the inside and keep a bit of distance between he and Chavez. Trinidad at his most effective needed a litte bit of room to put. Trinidad could fight in the inside but not with a master infighter as Chavez was.

Well that's how you see it. But remember, where are talking bout Chavez-Tito at 147, Tito was a big 147, like Margarito is now, and yes, Chavez was a great finisher, but not better than Tito imo. To beat Tito you had to be a slick boxer, especially at 147.
