It would be a must win for Arreola, who says he is back training and in focus (meaning not ballooning up as he used to in between fights).

Make the fight as early as possible, both fighters are hungry now.
He always says that after losing, how many times does he need to refocus?
Anyway this would be a good fight for both guys. Hope it happens. The only other possibility I can imagine that would be a better opportunity for Arreola would be to fight Joshua.

I wouldn't get to excited just because he beat Johnathon Banks. Banks lost to Mitchell and he sucks lol
Arreola destroys this version of Tarver IMO

Someone mentioned Chagaev and Tarver fighting for the WBA strap. All I can say is what ever happened to the great days of the past when Valuev and Ruiz were fighting for the WBA title? And I have to ask how the hell does Boxrec have Tarver ranked seventh at heavyweight? And to think I at one time respected Boxrec.

Its an odd, math based system so his point maybe have been high from beating Roy twice and other fighters at LHW and CW. Then he fights Banks wins be stoppage ans as he enters HW **** he is top 10 by their system.

Decent fight for both. Tarver is building as a HW contender and Arreola would be a good test. Arreola just needs a comeback win vs a name to get people mentioning him again as a top 15 contender.

              Make it happen.

This could be a main event for a future NBC show or a decent co-main for Showtime.

Not that it matters but CA looked slim and in good shape ringside at the fights.
