I agree. I can see him beating Kova back in the day in am am fight but not now. Kovalev brings more to the table than power and Beterbiev doesn't move around much and he looks kind of robotic. He has serious power in both hands but Kova is a more polished boxer for sure.

Yes, Kovalev has improved since coming to the US and working with American trainers.

as for now Bertibiev should fight a couple more movers, he looked a lost in the first round.

Gabriel Campillo would be perfect as his next opponent, or even someone like Lionel Thompson or Cornelius White.
