Should judges be allowed to score rounds even?

Wouldn't this more than likely result in more draws?

I actually think it would reduce the amount of draws and bad scoring. Think about it. If you have to score a winner on a round that was even then it puts things out of balance. But let's say you have a fighter win 5 rds (clear) and the other wins three clear rounds and you have 4 even then we still have a winner and the scores wouldn't be so lopsided.
