There's a reason why a man who was touted as 'the next marlon brando' (no really!), has spent the majority of his life in the wilderness with his career in tatters. When he dropped the petulance his career earned a refreshing reprieve and we got to see the man doing what he's good at.

Sadly what he's not so good at is keeping his rampant ego in check. Next time he considers showing how much respect he has for the sport I'd suggest one of his lackeys takes away his gym bag and replaces it with that man bag his Chihuahua is so fond of riding in.

The first time Rourke went 'pro' his fights were clearly fixed.

So no surprises on his 'Pro comeback'

If he was serious about his love for the sport he should just take a 3 round exhibition bout with headgear and 16 OZ gloves against a veteran amateur or such like.
