Alexander did as much for khans legacy as algierri did for pac. These were stay busy fights against c class fighters. Khan needs to rematch garcia or fight bradley who's also beaten Alexander to prove he has arrived.

Oscar should be publicly angling for Khan vs Pac in April or June and finalizing a deal with team Cotto for May 2nd. Working on co-promotions would help his current promotional state too: Jhonny vs Axeman, Mares vs Donaire or Loma, Figueroa vs Crawford, Maidana vs Marquez, Mattysse vs Prov, Bradley vs Thurman, Guerrero vs winner of Rios/Alvarado. Puts pressure on Mayweather the fighter/promoter for the date and a worthy opponent, puts pressure on Haymon to allow his fighters to take fights outside of the Haymon stable. He wants what's best for boxing, right? Stop lining up fights for Floyd and let Floyd the promoter line up his own fight.

All maidana did to get floyd was beat broner.. So why the bar is set so high for Khan? Why does he have to beat two more top guys..he does deserve a shot as we speak but as a fan all i want now is the pacman and floyd fight. .. But judging from floyds recent history he will pick khan.. Floyd has a habit of fighting guys who are receiving a lot of buzz and who come off great performances, he rides that momentum into high PPV sells.. Khan is full of buzz and hype right now, Floyd and him can easily do 1million plus PPV sells.

Porter beat devonr for the IBF strap & was a more solid win than Maidana over Broner for the Wba strap..i bashed it then, im not justifying why Floyd picked maidana but its "acceptable" only because of the WBA title..still porter over devon > maidana over broner...cherry pick plain and simple.

It's because ******ed guys have double standards, they can give Guerrero or Ortiz a shot just by beating Berto, but if a guy they don't like come and has a solid win they say he needs 2 or 3 more fights to get a shot.

That is just Oscar the promoter talking. Mayweather get 30million no matter who he fights so he doesn't need any one fighter. He doesn't need Khan, Pacquiao or Cotto because there are others he could fight and still be paid a minimum of 30 million if I understand his contract with Showtime correctly.

people have been asking what was floyd response to manny saying he wants the Floyd fight and he said he agrees to everything floyd wants, drug tests, money....and floyd has come out and said he's ready to fight on May 2, the date he announced after fighting maidana............everything is lined up and WHO IN THE HELL would rather see Floyd vs Khan as opposed to FLOYD VS MANNY? Both fighters and the boxing world want this fight. We cant accept any other fight now that we know both fighters want to fight. SCREW any other fight from gbp or top rank until they make this fight PERIOD.
