I wouldn't be surprised if he beat Thurman in the amateurs.

Thurman himself has said he was limited as an amateur, didn't use the jab properly and was just all out aggressive. Spence is probably a better pure boxer so it doesn't surprise me.

I will ask Thurman on twitter if they fought, hopefully he replies

People are going to start targeting Thurman now, this last performance might have been just what he needed to get fighters in the ring with him.
