So, I believe we had a quality night of fights on both channels. I watched the HBO card live and then switched to Showtime and finished my night there. So what was YOUR fight of the night, regardless of the scorecards? Then, if you want - pick what you want next the winner (or loser).
-Bradley D12 Chaves: A questionable decision shouldn't deviate from the fact that this fight was pretty much all action from the jump. I'd like to see a Chaves rematch, Provo rematch and Kahn.
-Lee KO Korobov: Lee keep pulling these rabbits out the hat. He may lose 11 rounds out of 12, but there's always a chance that his laser left can end it. Lee vs GGG or Lemeiux please!
-Benavidez UD12 Herrera: Dude can't catch a break, another solid performance from Herrera that he should have won. Garcia rematch would be nice, maybe Matthyse I think would be fun.
-Kahn UD12 Alexander: Man I can't stand Kahn, but he was in a good fight w/ Alexander who landed, but just wasn't fast enough to land consistently. Kahn stayed in front of him and just pelted him with fast combos. I had a fun time with this one, although I didn't expect it. Kahn vs Bradley, Garcia rematch or Maidana rematch
-Thurman UD12 Bundu: A little pedestrian, but Thurman boxed his way to a decision. Probably the first time he was booed, I think that may have hurt his pride some. Maybe fighting a Bundu type, he thought he'd roll-over and wasn't as motivated. Thurman vs Brook, Porter and Bradley would be amazing.
-Mares KO Ramirez: Crisp, clean and with power. Mares was on point vs a game and tough dude who wasn't afraid to throw back. Mares vs Santa Cruz and Jhonny, man those would be fun.
