I've always felt that a fighter with Khan's physical attributes would give Floyd problems, and maybe now he's catching Floyd at the right time. Though it might not be smart, I would like to see Khan get aggressive on Mayweather at times. He should work on cutting off the ring and in-fighting for that training camp.

IDK who wins. When was the last time Floyd fought someone with Khan's style/attributes?

Mayweather's age and increasing defensiveness might cost him a few rounds against Khan's speed and combinations. It would be a fight where Mayweather would land the better punches, but Khan's would look good enough to possibly sneak it. Depends on the rate of Mayweather's continued descent.

I thought Khan is showing more discipline with every fight. He jumped in a couple of times last night, but it was rare, rather than the norm it used to be.

That should leave fewer counter-punching opportunities for Mayweather. He's also managed to bring his last two opponents onto the front-foot, which opens a stylistic quandary for Floyd who prefers to be on the backfoot. Also, when they got into a clinch, it was Khan who did the better work.

Don't get me wrong, money would still be on FMJ but I think Khan has progressed as an all round fighter under Hunter.

Last night after watching Khan fight live for the 2nd time year; I think Floyd KO's him; Khan got the benefit of a lot of punches that didn't land. The crowd went crazy whenever he threw flurry. He showed nothing to me on a changed fighter he looked more impressive vs Collazo than he did vs Alexander. Devon basically followed him around the ring and never threw the left uppercut which was opened all night.

It will be a boxing match and Mayweather's timing and accuracy will win out. Straight right and left hook are the two punches Khan is open to and they happen to be Mayweather's best punches.

Still, 12-0 is impressive, came off the back of another 12-0 against Collazo. Alexander has fast hands, and they were completely negated by Khan's speed.

I think one thing people have to factor in is that it's not the same Mayweather, his output has declined, his power has declined, he's getting hit by slow fighters, his movement looks rusty.

I don't think it's a sure thing at all.
