    Comments Thread For: Devon Alexander: Amir Khan Was The Better Man

    Amir Khan agrees with boxing experts who praised his performance against Devon Alexander in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

    After only his second fight at welterweight he looked ahead at a chance to fight undefeated Mayweather. Khan won every round on one scorecard, all but one on a second and all but two on the third card. He connected on 43 percent of his shots, compared to 20 percent for Alexander.

          This reminded me of Trout-Lara, Alexander tried to do what Khan was superior at. Good performance by Khan but my opinion hasn't changed, still don't think much of him.

            I think Khan should get that rematch with Danny Garcia at 147, I think he can outbox him and avenge the loss and I want to see Mayweather vs Pacqiuao, If these couldn't happen for some reason I wanna see Mayweather vs Cotto at 160 and Pacqiuao vs Khan at 147. but if Floyd fights Cotto at 160, he will never fight Pacqiuao cuz he won't come down from 160 to 147 in some months!***65279;

              Khan KO5 Danny Fraudcia at 147. Fraudcia wont have the advantage of weight draining Khan at this weight. It's not even really a contest. Danny needs to beat someone like Bradley, Mayweather or Maidana to at least create an illusion that he belongs in with Khan at 147.

                Lmao.

                Kahn was too damn big compared to Alexander. That was like a schoolyard beating at times. Just nothing Alexander had physically on him methink.

                  Alexander came to fight. He was just at a disadvantage in damn near every category.

                    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

                    Khan was a 140Ibs fighter when he fought Garcia and so was Garcia. So this idiotic BS that you are trying to sell is just that. An idiot who knows nothing about boxing trolling sites like these with false allegations.
                    Do you understand the concept of weight classes? Khan and Garcia was an even match and Khan (your idol) came up short.

                    If they were to have a rematch, Khan will probably win because he's now a better fighter. Nothing to do with weight-drain. As for your other obtuse and idiotic comment that Garcia needs to beat those 3 fighters, well, you are just an idiot. Garcia is UNDEFEATED and has a win over Khan. He doesn't need to prove ****. If anything, he should be fighting Mayweather before your idol Khan.
                    The same exact way Khan has a win over Maidana and does NOT need to fight Maidana again to prove anything. Are you based in Peshawar or something? LOL
