Who's to blame for Floyd-Pac not happening...

Just ask yourself which of the two fighters has the history of cherry-picking his fights (Baldomir and Judah instead of Margarito), walking away from fights (de la hoya), and tries to add conditions on his opponents after fights are signed? (Maidana, overweight v. Marquez, allowed to violate catch weight)

Those are just some examples as well...

I still would bet that we get Mayweather-Khan at the MGM next in April/June

If Floyd's last PPV with Maidana sold approx 900k, then for sure the PPV split should be that Floyd receives percentage for the first 900,000 PPV sales. Everything above that should most definitely go to Pacquiao.

So if the fight sells 3 million PPV's, then Pacquiao rightfully deserves all PPV money from 2.1 million PPV sales and Floyd only gets the first 900,000 sales because Floyd's last PPV only did 900,000 and the only reason Floyd breaks 900,000 is obviously because of Pacquiao so Pacquiao is entitled to every PPV after 900,000 sales because Floyd only surpassed 900,000 sales because of Pacquiao.

Floyd-Maidana II's PPV number were never released by Showtime via request from Mayweather's camp...
