Khan is fighting Floyd next barring a miracle and there's no way Al is letting Broner get in the ring with Maidana again anytime soon. D.Garcia is possible but would they really throw him in with Maidana for his first fight at the full 147 limit? Doubt it.

I think Maidana or Guerrero is next for Thurman

That just goes to show you that you guys know nothing about Bundu. You guys underestimated him and just because he's proven to be tougher than you guys thought, you take your anger out on Thurman? Why can't you just give both fighters their props? Even if it was a boring fight, that has nothing to do with Thurman's performance because he did what he was suppose to do.

i know about bundu i watch his fights with purdy and frankie gavin,
so i sort of know what to expect,
i mean come on honestly after the first round how long did you expect the fight to last?

i genuinely thought it would be over within the next couple of rounds,
hence my frustration at it going the whole 12 rounds...

I enjoyed Thurman's performance tonight. He looked really good against a tough opponent. Lots of people didn't know about Bundu(including myself) and he showed some skills tonight. He is very akward with that constant switching and steping back like Thurman described. He has a great chin and it seems he carries decent power as Thurman refused to **** with him. Age is just a number as demonstrated by other dinasours who still roam the rings of today! I will love to see Bundu against some of the top guys. I am sure that will open some eyes!

He could clearly hurt the guy, he knocked him down in the first round, and the other guy wasn't running, it was Thurman moving all night long. Of course the KO won't present itself if you are not working for it, and Thurman clearly wasn't. Herrera, a guy with minimal power, was backing up Benavidez and working for the ko all night long, he wasn't going to get it, but he was fighting like he could. If Thurman did a third of what Herrera did I would guarantee there wouldn't have been any booing, he moved excessively that's all there is to it.

Benavidez was backing up and didn't throw any meaningful punches when he had the opportunity. Bundu was blocking most of the time and threw hard shots every few times he thought he saw an opening. It's not the same thing.

Last night I learned 2 thing about Keith Thurman: 1) He's more than a power puncher. He made an intelligent move to adjust to pressure. 2) I was wrong about Thurman, he's not ready for 154, and he's not ready for Floyd or Manny. I would suggest he fight Porter, Lamont Peterson, or Kell Brook next.

I am gonna watch the fight again. But's its' nice to see that Thurman have no stamina problems.

I love to see him fight Pacquiao, Mayweather, Bradley, Brook and King Khan next year, or move to 154 to challenge Lara, Alvarez, and Andrade.

I stopped watching after the 2nd round. I knew Thurman would just mail in a performance. One-time is a good nickname but for different reasons - only One-time did he show an effort this entire fight. Not impressive here, Keith.

Getting drop in the first round doesn't always mean the match will be quick. It's how a boxer recovers from it and Bundu recovered just fine. That's when you know this guy isn't ready to go just yet. Thurman did good not to go for the KO against an opponent like that, otherwise, he'd make the same mistake Provodnikov made against Algieri.

Well, if you really did know anything about Bundu, a guy who's only been down once in his career and never lost a fight, then it shouldn't be THAT much of a surprise that it would last the whole 12 rounds. It just shows you still underestimated Bundu.

You don't get a unanimous decision win without putting effort. And if you just saw two rounds, then you can't really comment on this fight.
