He's looking in top form now bro - possibly the best physique that the sport of boxing has ever witnessed?

His problem is ramadan fasting because he's probably going to be stuffing himself full of oily food in the middle of the night then going back to sleep, like most ******s do. He'll pile on the pounds that way (even though he wasn't really fat, just a tad overweight) but it's not good for a pro-athlete to be doing that. He needs to be concious of his diet all year round - not have periods in the year where his eating is haywire and he's waking up in the middle of the night for a tasty treat.

Damn he looks impressive. But I don't think that's a good thing. He used to look like this before he hooked up with Ariza and he looked like this in the Garcia fight when he was training with Tabares....

he looks more filled at welterweight he looked dehyrated against garcia and a bit dead at the weight. Im expecting a solid performance from khan hes gonna outbox alexander and maybe stop him on cuts.

He should not have gotten so fat in the first place. It's not good for a boxer to lose large amounts of weight or to take off excess weight too quickly. Mayweather and Pacquiao are never more than a few pounds over their fighting weights. They are true dedicated pro boxers. Khan looks to be in great shape for his fight tonight. 147 seems like a good weight for him. He doesn't look drained and he doesn't look soft. He looks like a well muscled, lean welterweight. Now let's see if he can fight as well as he says he can.
