edit: Floyd's words were "The fight has to be on Showtime", so what else should I think he means by that statement? I'm only lead to conclude he has no intention of allowing the fight to be co-promoted, otherwise why would he say that? Unless he thinks there's some crazy ploy by Top Rank to get the fight only on HBO? which I have not heard once.

Don't ASS/U/ME what someone said and then put it out there to be a fact. He has to say that because he is bound to them contractually and this fight is the biggest ever to be made. Floyd is just exercising his A side rights. I feel Sho/HBO could figure a way to make it work for both parties.
